Thanksgiving Fan Favorites

Cassidy Mages-Billingsley, Staff writer

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, people are prepping for the holidays to cook their favorite dishes. Below are some classic Thanksgiving dishes and recipes to make them yourselves!

When trying to find student’s favorite main dishes, side dishes, and deserts, we got a wide variety of different foods. Many people’s favorite main dish was the classic, Turkey. A close second was ham. For side dishes, students said their favorites were green bean casserole, mac and cheese, and another classic, stuffing. Many other honorable mentions were cranberry sauce and other family made casseroles. The unanimous favorite here at CHS is pumpkin pie. Almost everyone was excited to get some as their Thanksgiving dessert!

To help you bring your favorites to the table this year, here are some easy ways to make some of the classics at home. Happy Thanksgiving CHS!
